Careers at Satya Wellness Collective:
At Satya Wellness Collective, we believe healing begins with connection — to ourselves, to one another, and to the communities we serve. We’re not just building a practice; we’re cultivating a collective of clinicians, creatives, and healers who want to do meaningful work in a way that honors both the depth of their craft and their own humanity.
We’re looking for helpers who want more than a job.
Clinicians who are entrepreneurial in spirit, creative by nature, and motivated by purpose.
Therapists who care deeply about justice and equity, and who value mentorship, collaboration, and authentic relationships over competition or corporate culture.
If you’re someone who wants to grow, learn, and make an impact, we’d love to meet you.
For Clinicians Who Want To Build Something Meaningful.
We are a group of clinicians and helpers who:
Crave creativity, authenticity, and autonomy in their clinical work.
Want to deepen their skills relationally and somatically, not just fill a caseload.
Care about community, connection, and collective healing — not corporate metrics.
Are ready to grow under mentorship and leadership that values their voice.
Believe healing is both personal and political, and that anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and inclusive care is essential.
If you’ve ever felt unseen in large agencies, uninspired by bureaucracy, or disconnected from the “business” of therapy, this is your invitation to do things differently.
Here, your ideas matter. Your growth matters. You matter.
At Satya Wellness Collective, we’re not just another group practice. We’re a community of healers, licensed therapists, helpers, and visionaries, who believe that deep, relational, somatic, and justice-centered work changes the world.
We are especially excited to work with licensed therapists and helping professionals who:
Are passionate about serving BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities and committed to anti-racism and anti-oppression.
Provide gender-affirming, trauma-informed, and culturally attuned care.
Are curious about somatic and mind-body approaches (such as EMDR, yoga, breathwork, expressive arts, or mindfulness-based practices, among others).
Have roots in or alignment with social justice and community healing movements.
Thrive in environments that balance autonomy with collaboration, and are eager to learn, grow, and contribute.
Our leadership model is grounded in transparency, mentorship, and mutual respect.
We encourage your initiative and honor your unique strengths.
We support your personal interests and professional growth through consistent supervision, clinical training, and creative collaboration.
We value your voice in shaping the direction of our collective and our community impact.
We believe in sustainability, for our clients and our clinicians.
